Wilmington Trust/WSTW Free Gas Campaign

You must be a legal resident of the United States of America to win.
You must be 16 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license to win.
The “Wilmington Trust/WSTW Free Gas Campaign” takes place weekdays August 1, 2008 through August 29, 2008.
During this time period, when one of the following Delmarva Broadcasting Company radio stations (WSTW 93.7 FM, WDEL 1150 AM, Eagle 97.7 FM, Cat Country 97.5 FM & 105.9 FM, WXCY 103.7 FM, Cool 101.3 FM, or La Exitosa 930 AM) makes an appearance at a Wilmington Trust branch in Delaware, the first 20 people at the branch will win a $50 gas card.
On appearance dates, the Wilmington Trust branch location will be teased on-air (on the seven Delmarva Broadcasting Company radio stations listed above in Rule #5) a few hours ahead of time with the exact Wilmington Trust branch location announced at the start of the appearance.
Winning a $50 gas card is limited to one person per household for 30 days.
Recipients of gas cards will be at the discretion of Delmarva Broadcasting Company employees and/or Wilmington Trust employees.
Employees, agents, successors, assignees, advertising agencies, promotional companies, immediate family members, household members, sponsors, agents, affiliates, parent companies, vendors, suppliers of WSTW 93.7 FM, WDEL 1150 AM, Eagle 97.7 FM, Cat Country 97.5 FM & 105.9 FM, WXCY 103.7 FM, Cool 101.3 FM, La Exitosa 930 AM, Delmarva Broadcasting Company, Wilmington Trust, and others acting on their behalf, shall be ineligible to participate in the “Wilmington Trust/WSTW Free Gas Campaign” and shall be ineligible for any prizes covered herein.
Winners of the gas cards waive any and all claims of liability against the contest sponsors for any damages, injuries, or other losses which relate directly to the contest.
Winners of the gas cards are responsible for paying any and all taxes associated with the prizes.
Winners’ names and their likenesses may be used by Delmarva Broadcasting Company or Wilmington Trust for promotional purposes without further compensation to winners.
Delmarva Broadcasting Company and Wilmington Trust are not responsible for difficulties of any sort (technical or otherwise), acts of God, or any other issues that may cause problems with entering this contest.

The “Wilmington Trust/WSTW Free Gas Campaign: Texting Component” takes place on August 7, 2008; August 14, 2008; August 21, 2008; and August 28, 2008.
On these days, the following Delmarva Broadcasting Company radio stations (WSTW 93.7 FM, WDEL 1150 AM, Eagle 97.7 FM, Cat Country 97.5 FM & 105.9 FM, WXCY 103.7 FM, Cool 101.3 FM, and La Exitosa 930 AM) will announce when to begin texting the word BANK to 56221 to win $1,000 worth of free gas.
The 1,000th texter wins $1,000 worth of free gas.
Winning $1,000 worth of free gas is limited to one person per household for 30 days.
