I was born in Philadelphia, but raised in nearby Lancaster County. I moved to Newark in 2001 and have been there ever since. I began my career in 1994 as a part-time Trafficwatch Reporter and Weekend Morning News announcer. It didn’t take me long to realize that what I REALLY wanted to do was morning radio on 93.7 WSTW!! So after spending about 10 years in country music, learning everything I could about the radio industry, I finally returned to WSTW and joined The Wakeup Crew. I still can’t believe that I’m here, doing morning radio with one of the best, Joe Alan, but when that daily 3:00am alarm clock goes off, I’m gently reminded that my dream HAS come true!! I love, love, LOVE being in radio and wouldn’t trade my experiences for the world.
When I’m not at work, I love spending time with my 2 children, Charlotte and Thomas, and the love of my life, my husband Dan. Cooking and wine tasting are the things I love doing most once Charlotte, Thomas, and Dan get sick of me, which is all of the time 😉 I’m a social butterfly, I can always find a reason to throw a party, and will fight you to the ground for a delicious piece of cheese….or a taco…..or pepperoni pizza…..or wine. (Have I mentioned I like wine???!!!)
When I grow up, I want to move to the beach. The wine beach. There’s a wine beach, right???
