Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) Secretary Nicole Majeski and Dover Air Force Base (DAFB) Colonel William “Chris” McDonald signed a joint use agreement on Thursday, August 15, 2024, allowing an expanded use of DAFB's facilities for approved civilian/commercial flight operations.
